Business Consultation
Business consultation sessions are designed for mental health professionals who are exploring how to build and grow offerings beyond traditional therapy in a way that is sustainable, values-aligned, and works for their own needs. I often have folks reach out who have seen my business and are curious about offering similar things. While I do not consider myself a “business expert” not a “business coach” my own ADHD has led me to deeply research every component of my own business and I’m always happy to share what I’ve learned through my own research and direct experience. I work from an abundance mindset, not a competitive one, and believe there’s plenty of opportunity out there for all of us, so please don’t hesitate to reach out as I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned and helping others bring their dreams to fruition.
Common business consultation topics include:
How to offer professional development trainings and navigating all the options for CEU approval
Becoming a coach while also working as a therapist including: scope, ethical considerations, contracts, and business structure options
Creating and selling digital resources or educational materials
Marketing ideas
Structuring multiple offerings or income streams without burnout
Designing business structures that support executive functioning and ADHD challenges
Pricing in a way that supports accessibility while being sustainable
