  • ADD or Attention Deficit Disorder is previously used diagnosis category. It was changed to ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) decades ago. The current diagnosis of ADHD includes 3 presentations: hyperactive presentation, inattentive presentation, and combined presentation. Anyone previously diagnosed with ADD would now fall under the diagnosis of ADHD. Even though this change has occurred nearly 40 years ago, individuals who were diagnosed before that time, and some professionals may still use the previous language.

  • It’s important to me that services be accessible. I am able to provide a limited number of sliding fee slots for those who are unable to afford the full fee.

When inquiring, you can ask about current availability for sliding scale. When spaces are available, the process is that I will ask you to share what amount you are able to afford. I operate on a process of trust and mutual respect, I do not require verification of income or expenses, as I believe that circumstances are so individualized that no predefined formula can accurately reflect your circumstances. I do not have any special funds available to make up the difference in a reduced fee, so I respectfully ask that you reflect on your financial situation with our mutual needs in mind. If I am able to provide services at the rate you can afford, then we will agree to that and move forward. I ask that if your financial situation improves that we would re-negotiate the fee rate.

If I do not have any reduced fee spots available or we are not able to find a mutually agreeable fee, then I will refer you to other coaching resources.
